Email & SMS messaging terms

• What we send: updates, reminders, confirmations, and notifications sent on behalf of the client whose product or service you signed up for.
• Message frequency: varies depending on the client and the service.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any SMS message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to people who have not provided consent, and we do not sell phone numbers or contact information.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with the client on whose behalf we collected it, and with trusted service providers (such as hosting, email, and SMS delivery providers) who process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Clients may request deletion of their data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@skypalette.ai.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
